About four minutes by car. On foot it is roughly fifteen minutes, but most travellers use our free shuttle.
Yes, it is included in the price and runs around the clock. No booking is needed on the way out; on your return you call us from the terminal and the shuttle arrives within a few minutes.
You enter your plate when you book. The camera at the entrance reads it and matches it against the reservations. If it matches and you are inside your booked window, the barrier opens automatically in under two seconds.
There is a call button at the barrier that connects you to an operator immediately, 24 hours a day. They check the booking and open the barrier manually. The most common cause is a typo in the plate, so please check it before paying.
No. Your licence plate is your ticket. The email confirmation is only for your records.
Yes. Reservations activate the moment payment goes through, so you can book on the way to the airport, as long as you are not the one driving.
Your space stays yours. Extra time is charged at the normal tariff when you exit, and there is no late penalty.
Yes, up to 24 hours before arrival, through the link in your confirmation or by phone. If the new window costs more, you pay the difference.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival and the full amount returns to the same card within five working days. After that, the first day is retained.
Yes. The site is fenced, lit through the night and covered by recorded video surveillance. There is also security staff on site across all shifts.
There are. Covered spaces are limited and allocated in booking order. If they matter to you, book early or call to check.
Yes, fast chargers are available. Charging is billed separately by energy used and added to your invoice on exit.
No. You park the car yourself and take the keys with you. Nobody enters your car.
Change the plate through the link in your confirmation before you arrive, or call us. The change takes seconds and applies at the barrier immediately.
Yes. We support plates from every European country and from Turkey. Pick your country of registration when booking so we read the plate correctly.
You pay online when booking with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. Payment is secured and we never store your card details.
Yes. A PDF invoice arrives by email automatically right after payment, and you can also download it from your reservation page.
Open spaces take vehicles up to 2.2 metres tall. Covered spaces are limited to 2 metres. For vans and larger vehicles, call ahead so we can set aside a suitable space.
Coming back early is fine and costs nothing extra. Coming back later is charged at the normal tariff for the extra hours, with the same daily cap.
